Based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, co-founder and owner, Tom had the idea to start a business making custom logos and tees. After many ups and downs, and with the help of his wife, Kourtny, and some creative input from their daughter, Penelope (shown above as a toddler), PennyLou's was created.
